Is the wood certified as sustainable?

The panels of Myin products are in top-quality Italian multilayer poplar. FSC certification means the forestries from which the materials arrive are responsibly managed.

Are the products delivered pre-assembled?

The Somni and Pluma nightstands are delivered pre-assembled and can be readily wall-mounted. The iron legs of the Luli cabinet must be attached. The procedure is simple. This product can be readily wall-mounted. Customers may assemble and wall-mount the products by following the directions provided with the data sheets that can be downloaded from the website. Should they wish, they can request delivery to the floor indicated and assembly and/or wall-mounting by ourselves (the cost is € 183.00, including VAT). The cost of this service remains the same for each delivered item with assembly and/or wall-mounting, also in the case of multiple orders. Lastly, the Somni Maxi nightstand, the Petalo table and the Duo console table are delivered pre-assembled. They require no assembly or wall-mounting.

How do I order?

Delivery in Italy → You need first register on the Myin website. When you register, you will receive your credentials, enabling access to the site. Then you can order whenever you want directly from the page dedicated to the product you’re interested in, by selecting the product and adding it to your shopping cart.

The Myin website uses the PayPal circuit, which means you can use a PayPal account or a Visa or Mastercard credit card.

Shipment in Italy

How long does it take to deliver?

We plan for 30 days at the latest as from when customers confirm the order.

Is delivery free of charge?

Standard delivery to the ground floor at the address indicated when ordering is free of charge throughout Italy (including the islands) and also in San Marino. You may request delivery to the floor indicated (for €80 plus VAT).

What do you mean by standard delivery?

Standard delivery is delivery to ground floor at the address indicated when ordering. The shipper is not authorised to enter the customers’ home in order to deliver the furniture. You may request delivery to the floor indicated (for €80 plus VAT).

How much does delivery to the floor indicated cost?

Delivery to the floor indicated costs € 100.04 including VAT.

How much do assembly and wall-mounting cost?

The costs of delivery to the floor indicated is included in the cost of assembly and/or wall-mounting (€ 185.44 including VAT). The cost of this service remains the same for each delivered item with assembly and/or wall-mounting, also in the case of multiple orders.

Which product may I request assembly and/or wall-mounting for?

The Somni and Pluma nightstands must be wall-mounted, and the Luli cabinet must be fitted with its iron legs and also wall-mounted. Customers may assemble and wall-mount the products by following the directions provided with the data sheets that can be downloaded from the website. Where are the goods delivered?

Throughout Italy (including the islands) and also in San Marino. For deliveries abroad, e-mail info@myin.it before placing your order.

What must I do if the goods delivered are damaged?

When the products arrive the customer must check that the packing is perfectly dry, intact and undamaged or not tampered with or altered in any way, this provisions also regarding the material used to close the packing. If the packing and/or product has clearly been damaged, the customer may refuse to accept the goods, and the products shall be returned to the supplier at no cost to the customer. Once the transport and delivery documents have been signed, the customer may make no claims regarding the outward appearance of the unpacked products delivered.

What must I do if I receive a product that I didn’t order?

If, at the time of delivery, the goods specified on the delivery document are not those specified in the order confirmation, the customer may refuse to accept the goods. The products shall therefore be returned to the supplier at no cost to the customer.

Do the costs for assembly and/or wall-mounting and delivery change when multiple deliveries take place?

Standard delivery to the ground floor at the address indicated when ordering is always free of charge. Delivery to the floor indicated and to the floor indicated plus assembly and/or wall-mounting cost € 97.60 and € 183.00 (including VAT), respectively. The cost remains the same for each delivered item with assembly and/or wall-mounting, also in the case of multiple orders.

Shipment out of Italy

How long does it take to deliver?

We plan the shipment for 30 days at the latest as from when customers confirm the order. You will receive more detail about the delivery timing from the Customer service while the shipment starts from Italy.

Is delivery free of charge?

No. You will receive info about the shipping cost to confirm with the order.

What do you mean by standard delivery?

You will receive instructions for easy self assembly and wall-mounting of the products. The Somni and Pluma nightstands must be wall-mounted, and the Luli cabinet must be fitted with its iron legs and also wall-mounted. Customers may assemble and wall-mount the products by following the directions provided with the data sheets that can be downloaded from the website.

Returned goods and reimbursement

How do I return goods?

Goods may be returned ONLY when the right to withdraw applies (paragraph 6 of the Terms and Conditions of sale) as with non-conformity of the product (paragraph 7 of the Terms and Conditions of sale).  In both cases you must duly fill in the downloadable form (see the Terms and Conditions of sale). Customised products cannot be returned.

What do I do if the product is flawed?

See paragraph 7 (“Legal guarantee for consumers”) of the Terms and Conditions of sale).

When am I entitled to a reimbursement?

If the right to withdraw applies, the customer is entitled to receive a reimbursement equal to the cost of the purchase of the product in question. However, there shall be no reimbursement of any costs sustained for transport of the returned goods. No expenses for additional services, namely delivery to the floor indicated and assembly and/or wall-mounting, shall be reimbursed.
